On Thursday afternoon, the LCP team conducted a community patrol along Avenue U, engaging with local residents and business owners to help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Our patrol focused on observing street conditions, promoting pedestrian safety, and addressing quality-of-life concerns in the area. We also took time to speak with community members, listen to their concerns, and remind everyone that LCP is always here to support our neighborhood.
Thank you to all the residents and merchants who stopped to say hello and share their feedback. Together, we continue to build a stronger, safer community.
Members of the Local Community Patrol (LCP) conducted an evening patrol along Neck Road, continuing our commitment to keeping the neighborhood safe and visible during late hours. Patrol members walked the area, observed street conditions, and remained alert to community concerns.
Following the patrol, LCP members attended the NYPD 61st Precinct Community Council Meeting, where we listened to updates from precinct leadership, engaged with community members, and discussed ongoing public safety issues affecting our neighborhood.
We appreciate the continued collaboration between community organizations and the NYPD, and we thank our volunteers for their dedication and service.
Together, we can build a safer and stronger community.
